  • For over 25 years, Schooners Seafood House has served fresh seafood — including their award winning Minorcan Clam Chowder — to visitors and locals in St. Augustine. Schooner's prepares delicious dishes and offers them at a good value in a casual, family-friendly restaurant.

    Schooner's menu includes everything from gator tail and conch, to mahi and flounder, to burgers, pork chops, steak, and chicken. Schooner's prepares most seafood treats in a number of different ways such as fried, grilled, broiled, boiled, and blackened.

    They have seating in their dining room and on the patio and offer meals to go, as well.

    We go to St Augustine at least twice a year and we go to the Fish house every time we go there. We love the food and the atmosphere at this place. It is the best!!! The fish and the shrimp are to die for.

    You have to drive out of St. Augustine to enjoy some of it's finest fried shrimp. I've eaten here countless times and cannot tell you what my favorite dish is. So, I'll simply name some of my favs. Coconut Fried Shrimp, Early-bird special (12 fried shrimp), Broiled stuffed shrimp and the Prime Rib Sandwich (Saturday only). Go here, it's totally worth the short drive from downtown.
