    We stayed here on our first trip to St. Augustine. We thought that it would be a wonderful place to stay what with the beach right across the street and a pool. We were sadly disappointed. The rooms were clean but some of the sockets didn't work and neither did some of the lamps. The lights in the bathroom would dim every time the AC came on. What really made us upset was the fact that we booked a king room directly form their website in February and when we checked-in in June we received a double bed room. What was the point of reserving so early if you're not going to get it. When we told them what was wrong they said that there was nothing they could do because all the other rooms were booked. Again what was the point. There was not enough room for our two year old to play and the bed was too small for the three of us to sleep. They really need to fix how they do reservations in the future. We will not be going back unless they fix this.

    stayed there recently for our 25th anniversery, what a pleasant surprise. friendly staff, clean rooms and not crowded since there are only 29 rooms. the inn features a full breakfast not seen at most of the pricey hotels i have stayed at. all of this on a section of beach that had maybe 4 or 5 people as far as the eye could see. a great little get away!

    I just love this room not really big but just right! I am on the balcony right now writing this . Perfect for a lil couples get away . the picture they have with there sign in it was taking from my balcony! A must see. Happy V-day
