    This is a convenient place for me where I take care of all the duties I would normally do at the Post Office. I also get all my notary service done here. Eventually I'll actually stop and browse some books too!

    After a death in the family, the blonde lady faxed, notarized paper work for me and never acted "inconvenienced". Always friendly, helpful and sweet, I do all my posting there, and usually buy a thing or two of the small lovely gifts she sells. The other one, the short dark haired gal, IS a sourpuss! One grouch wouldn't stop me from local convenience and great service.

    I moved to St. Augustine a few years ago, and always drove to the post office in the 'old' portion of the city. I happened upon this store one day and what a lifesaver! It was close to my residence, and since I ran my own business, it was so convenient to be able to go to this location for the postal services. I have always received great service, no matter how long the lines might be on any given day. Suffice it to say, I've always been well-assisted when it came to all the packages I've taken for delivery. I've always been advised of the options for mailing and the potential cost savings for it as well. With each additional visit to the P.O., I would spend more time browsing the number of decorations, gift offerings, reading cards etc. Their great selection of unique items - far too many to mention in this post - is continually updated and added to. I can't say enough about this store. Publix is a neighboring store, and is currently being re-built, so the parking lot is a little more difficult to navigate for a few more weeks, but it has not stopped the Buy The Book fans from patronizing this lovely, gift-filled, postal working gem of a store. To the individual who mentions a less than satisfactory experience at Buy The Book. I'm sorry that particular day you felt slighted. Please give them another try. I've never had a bad experience there, and I'm sure that if you arrive with a smile on your face - and some patience in case the rest of us are in line to make use of the convenience of their postal location - you will walk away a satisfied customer! Try it - you'll like it ! ;)

    I went to check on a book from the store and seen they have a lot of very cool other items to purchase. I did not use the post office at that time, but I did buy some unique items from the store.

    I use this facility regularly and always have great service. It is located in the rear of the store and not very big, but extremely convenient. Certain times of day there may be a line. I've been quoted prices for shipping options without asking.

    This was my first time shipping something out in a long time. I was unsure of pricing for shipping and packaging. The woman at the counter Julie was pushy and in a rush. She didn't smile the entire transaction and made me feel like an inconvience. She never gave me any options for shipping of packaging and I left feeling like I was ripped off. I plan to be shipping many more thing in the near future. it's a shame that this is the closest location for me to use of because I would really prefer to never go back there again.
