    This place is awful since the new manager has taken over. I arrived at the drive thru at 845 for a salad and was refused service since they close at 9. The young girl literally shut the window in my face. I waited 3 weeks and tried again. Ordered chicken and 2 sides. Arrived home with 1side and no sauce. I called and was told to call back if I wanted to complain because only the manager took those calls and he was not there. Not going back.

    last night my daughter and her family took me to dinner at my favorite place to eat. We walked in and was seated as we walked in. We were waited on and served very quickly. My daughter had asked if they had a birthday special and they said no and of course my daughter told them that i was older than the hills. After dinner we were setting there and they brought me out some banana pudding and wished me a happy birthday. Thanks you Bonos for making my 57 birthday great

    This place has gone downhill recently. New management is non-responsive to customer complaints. Was given the wrong order on three occasions. Contacted them after the last time and was told only the manager could do refunds. Left name and number and have never been called.

    My wife and I ate here during the lunch rush. Naturally they were very busy and things were a little slow, but not bad. They have free WiFi, which helped put the time to good use. The dining room was pleasant and very clean. Our waitress Alicia was very polite and helpful. My wife and I split a turkey platter with 3 sides. The turkey was tender, juicy and delicious. We both feel we got very good value for our money. If you're not in a hurry, then I recommend Bono's BBQ.
