Group drumming professional Amber Hall will lead a community drumming program to open the evening's Lincolnville Live! Romanza Festivale concert at St. Cyprian's Episcopal Church, on Tuesday, May 14, 2024, from 6:00 to 6:30 p.m.

A professional drummer, Hall often leads drumming events at nursing homes, daycare centers, schools, and meetings throughout St. Augustine. She also teaches drumming at corporate team building sessions, and other gatherings.

Participants are invited to bring their own drums — Hall also has special drums that can be sanitized for concertgoers' use. Ms. Hall will provide fun, inclusive, and hands-on instruction, allowing all who want to participate to contribute and learn. Ms. Hall is a certified Village Music Circles facilitator.

Guests are asked to bring lawn chairs.

Immediately following the Community Drumming, the North Florida Saxophone Quartet will perform from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.

Admission: Free.

When: Tuesday, May 14, 2024, from 6:00 to 6:30 p.m.

Where: In the Commons at St. Cyprian's Episcopal Church, 37 Lovett St. in downtown St. Augustine, Florida 32084.

This event is part of the Romanza Festivale of Music and the Arts, an annual festival of two weeks of historical, cultural, and creative events celebrating all things St. Augustine. From May 3 -19,  the nation's oldest city will be jam-packed with music and dance concerts, living history events and historical tours, live theater, and art exhibits.
