Spud Run Half Marathon, 5K & Cabbage Crawl 2018
Saturday, April 7, 2018, beginning at 7:30 a.m. at Hastings Town Hall
The Spud Run Half Marathon, 5K and Cabbage Crawl will be held on Saturday, April 7, 2018, in Hastings, Florida. This annual race consists of a 10K and 5K course, as well as a one-mile kids fun run. The Half Marathon and the 5K are both USATF-certified courses, and the races are professionally timed and scored by RaceSmith, Inc.
Funds from this event will benefit the Putnam - St. Johns County Farm Bureau and will go towards programs and opportunities for agricultural education, such as Future Farmers of America, Farm City Week, and 4-H.
Packet pick-up is on Friday, April 6 from 3 to 6 p.m. in the library section of the HHS Community Building at 6195 South Main Street, Hasting, FL, 32145. Packets can also be picked up starting at 6 a.m. on race day.
For both the Half Marathon and 5K, awards will be presented to the overall male and female finishers and the top three runners in the following age groups: 9 and under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 and older.
Registration: $70 for the Half Marathon, $35 for the 5K, and free for the Cabbage Crawl Kids Fun Run. Discounted pricing if you sign up early.
Where: All the runs start at the Hastings Community Building at 6195 South Main Street in Hastings, FL 32045.
When: Saturday, April 7, 2018. Both the Half Marathon and the 5K begin at 7:30 a.m. The Cabbage Crawl Kids Fun Run begins at 8:30 a.m.
