    Arrived at our destination with the promise that we would be met. Then was given a lame excuse that the husband had to take his daughter to dinner that night, This was at our arrival. so could not meet us to check in. It was 4 in the afternoon! Still trying to figure that out. We had to wait in our rented room until 10:00 the next morning to check in. Half a day ruined. They were also to meet a CITY INSPECTOR before we got there that same day for our apartment. He showed up Monday morning, ill because he had to come back , as the management failed to meet him there before we checked in. He was snotty with us, because of the managements neglect. So, we lost part of our vacation time....and had to deal with the inspector.....completely unexceptable, I will be lodging a complaint with the BBB
