Popular menu items at Canes Beach Grill include chicken salad, quesadillas, Italian subs, and the Hemingway club wrap. Several styles of hot dogs and hamburgers are available, including a Chicago dog, a bacon-cheese dog, and a Pittsburgher, which features fries and slaw as burger toppings. Also, any burger at Canes can be made into a double burger.

Takeout service is provided, but guests are welcome to dine at the food court.
