Claude's Chocolate

Chef Claude Franques, a renowned chocolatier and chef from New York City, introduces hand-made European chocolates to visitors and locals in the St. Augustine area.

This specialty shop offers exotic varieties of bonbons, truffles, signature hot chocolate, chocolate bars/barks, and chocolate-covered nuts and fruits. Sugar-free products are also presented in-store. Each item is a special creation made with intense care and skill, with seasonal flavors being a crowd favorite.

Additionally, coffee and gelato are available.
