Also known as the Gonzalez-Alvarez House, the structure is owned and operated by the St. Augustine Historical Society, and is the oldest surviving Spanish colonial residence in Florida. In addition to the tour, visitors can also enjoy five centuries of Florida coastal maps, a museum detailing St. Augustine's founding through the 20th century, a replica kitchen, and gardens featuring the native Muscadine grape.

The St. Augustine Surf Culture and History Museum is also located at the Oldest House Museum Complex.
