From an early age, Lee’s musical journey was fueled by curiosity and determination. She discovered her true passion for music at the age of 12. Self-taught on guitar, she learned four chords to a Taylor Swift song, igniting her love for songwriting. A spontaneous jam session around a bonfire revealed her vocal gift to friends and family, sparking her pursuit of singing with purpose. Lee fell in love with folk, blues, and country.

Lee draws inspiration from icons like The Beatles, Stevie Nicks, and Led Zeppelin, which helps shape her versatile sound. She has performed at countless open mics, entered numerous competitions, including the Texaco Country Showdown, and garnered recognition for her compelling vocal presence. Her perseverance paid off when she auditioned for The Voice in 2019, earning admiration but no chair turn, only to return stronger for Season 26, proudly representing Team Reba.

Leading the band Annie Dukes, Lee crafts a sonic blend of hard-hitting guitars, soulful melodies, and intricate three-part harmonies that captivate audiences. Her commanding voice and magnetic energy draw frequent comparisons to Stevie Nicks, both in tone and style, and she’s quickly making a name for herself in the rock scene. Recently, she’s been touring extensively, sharing stages as direct support for legendary acts like ZZ Top, Maggie Rose, Nita Strauss, and Plain White T’s. The band's 2023 release, a self-titled EP, and single “Cherry,” showcase her growth as a songwriter and performer, teasing even more exciting releases on the horizon in 2025.
