Food Festivals & Events

St. Augustine is home to wonderful foods and an array of annual festivals that showcase delicious food and drink, from local delicacies such as the datil pepper at the Datil Pepper Festival and Minorcan clam chowder at the Great Chowder Debate, to celebrations of our culinary heritage. Rhythm & Ribs rocks the best rib vendors from around the country, the Lions Seafood Festival brings the flavors of the sea to the salt of the earth, and the Tour de Farm gives guests a glimpse into the process of growing local food and the importance of the farm-to-table movement. And it isn’t just food that we celebrate. The Spanish Wine Festival, Oktoberfest, and the SAiRA Food and Wine Festival offer connoisseurs and enthusiasts alike a chance to sip some of the finest fruits of artisanal labor.
