Douglas D. Arrington
Sharing guitar, harmonica, and fiddle skills every winter in St. Augustine.
Douglas D. Arrington—sailor, traveler, singer—returns to St. Augustine each winter, performing at various venues and enjoying music jams with many other talented denizens of Northeast Florida. During other parts of the year, Arrington performs regularly in and around Everett Washington, as well as in varous cities he visits, from the U.S. to Australia.
Arrington describes his sound as "eclectic" and takes joy in performing songs from various genres and making them his own—sometimes by making a country song swing with a jazz beat. He describes himself as a musician who plays the blues, jazz, and ballads. Often a solo performer, Arrington also takes joy in collaborating with other musicians and often invites them to join him at a particular gig.
