Formerly half of the Grammy-Award winning duo, The Civil Wars, and a well-known and highly regarded Nashville musician, John Paul White has taken a bit of a departure from his Southern Rock and Americana roots in this new album, "The Hurting Kind," which harkens back to the lushly arranged country numbers of the 1960s.
