Born in Gainesville and now from Jacksonville, Lauren Woodall began performing at age 15, after working on her music and writing songs for years.
She continued her music education, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Music in 2021, after studying with several renowned singers and songwriters, including Contralto Dina Barone and singer and songwriter Margaret Glaspy.
Woodall released her debut album, Desiderium, in 2024 and has released several singles. Her most recent single is "Pom Tetty," about growing up in the shadow of revered singers and songwriters.
Woodall's music is distinctive, emotional, and honest.
