Righteous Roots

Tom Leighton is a mover and a shaker. Recently relocated to St. Augustine, Leighton and his band, Righteous Roots has various lineups: as a solo act, a duo or a full on band. He takes pride in the fact that he does his own recording, producing, and mixing, so he owns all of his own music. Together with his significant other, he pioneers his own booking, social media, merch design, and driving.

With experience in small festivals and shows in Maryland, North Carolina and Virginia, Righteous Roots is finding an audience in North Florida. As reggae rockers, Leighton's vocals lead the band, with the goal of helping those nearby, and to uplift the reggae community.
