Molasses Junction, built in 1957, is well-known for its rustic charm and family-style feel. It has undergone many renovations through the years, but the nostalgic charm remains.
A general store providing groceries and local produce for the community, Molasses Junction also serves as a breakfast and lunch spot, and a weekly entertainment/social gathering space.
Breakfast is from 6:00 to 10:30 a.m., specializing in egg and cheese sandwiches with various pairings — bacon, sausage, ham, and chicken. Lunch is from 10:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. offering deli sandwiches, burgers, and fried favorites such as pickles, mushrooms, corn nuggets, and cheese sticks.
