The classically French-trained culinary team crafts every event to the client's liking, including with multi-course tasting menus and wine pairings. By using seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, the quality is similar to that of fine dining.
Curated cooking classes are offered to fit any individual or group's interest—charcuterie, sushi, tapas, curry, dumplings, pho, risotto, food preservation, and fermentation.
