Popa Chubby At Café Eleven

Cafe Eleven presents Popa Chubby in their listening room on Tuesday, October 15, and Wednesday, October 16, 2024, at 8:00 p.m.

Influenced by legendary rock and blues artists such as Jimi Hendrix, Muddy Waters, Led Zepplin, and Howlin' Wolf, Chubby continues to re-create timeless classics, release albums, and amaze audiences throughout the globe. Throughout the 1990s, Chubby released multiple albums and maintained a rigorous schedule, gracing hundreds of clubs annually. His talent garnered him opportunities to perform as an opening act at numerous blues festivals.

Chubby is joined by bandmates Max Barett on bass, Dave Keyes on the keyboard, and Stefano Giudici on drums. His discography includes The First Cuts, The Hungry Years, It's Chubby Time, Gas Money, Booty, and the Beast, One Million Broken Guitars, Brooklyn Basement Blues, One Night Live in New York, How'd a White Boy Get The Blues?, Live at FIP, The Catfish, Two Dogs, It's a Mighty Hard Road, Tinfoil Hat, Emotional Gangster, and others.
