Born and raised on the banks of the Loxahatchee, Brett Staska is a singer-songwriter who performs at music festivals, beach bars, and breweries throughout the Sunshine State.
From his first EP, No Worries (in 2015), to his 2023 album County Line, Staska's tunes hang 10 across the line between country western and surf rock. He ventures into uncharted waters while honoring his musical predecessors (Gram Parsons, Willie Nelson, and The Ventures). As of April 2026, Brett's band, Brett Staska and the Souvenirs included Kevin Maul on pedal steel and dobro, Tripp Jones on drums and vocals, Royal Hayes, Jr. on guitar, and Bryant Forsythe on bass.
The name is a cheeky wink to the state’s history as a tourist destination.
