Little Mercies
Three happy women playing fiddle, banjo, guitar, and singing their hearts out.
It's a very sweet story of how the Little Mercies came together: each of the three had years of experience performing solo and with various quartets, orchestras, and bands, and then it came to them to join their talents and see if magic occurred.
It did.
Bringing together the high, lonesome Appalachian mountain sound, reggae, old time and bluegrass music, built on classical chamber music, they deliver time-honored music with purity and novelty. Only a few years old, the Little Mercies wow listeners with their twin fiddles and three-part harmonies. This band stays true to its belief that by creating magic on stage, it creates connection and community.
