Silk and Steel Duo

Both multi-instrumentalists, this husband and wife duo sing a wide variety of songs.

Wrennie Weir and Diana Walker, the husband and wife team known as the Silk and Steel Duo, have effectively blended their diverse musical backgrounds to form a unique performing couple.

Wrennie has performed professionally in the rock, country, and pop genres, playing on the same stage as Kenny Chesney, Miranda Lambert, Chris Cagle, and more. He's performed with Molly Hatchet, Taylor Hicks, and Kix — to name a few — and has played on a number of professional recordings. Wrennie sings and plays guitar and bass in their duo.

Diana came from a musical, creative, and multi-lingual family. Diana learned to play the piano when she was seven years old, and regularly performed in various venues while in college and while working as an elementary school teacher. She has written poems, lyrics, and music and has shared the stage with Nashville recording and songwriting artists.

Together, they now perform extensively in northeast Florida as the Silk and Steel Duo, playing a wide variety of music by artists that include The Coasters, Johnny Cash, Carley Simon, and Eric Clapton.
