Spase is a Plase is an elusive trio. They've been playing music in the area under this name since 2024.
They say that they "play loud alt-rock that at times shows their punk and college rock histories." The list of bands that some or all were previously members of includes Wookpecker Paradise, Archetypes, Twelve Hour Turn, and Lime Dolphin.
There is a guitarist, a bassist, and a drummer. Some of them sing. The members include at least one dad, one teacher, and one who may experiment on comb jellies (ctenophores, a type of jellyfish).
