Mama Llama Catering

Mama Llama Catering serves community Peruvian dishes from an award-winning town staple, Llama Restaurant.

Chef Marcel Vizcarra, a Peruvian native, creates the authentic dishes. Chef Vizcarra uses his knowledge and upbringing, as well as his collaboration with Micro Greens of St. Augustine–a Peruvian produce grower–to create the menu.

An assortment of sweet and savory fare is available: fettuccine with Peruvian pesto sauce, chicken causas, papa a la huancaína (creamy potatoes), ceviche, empanadas, tres leches, and alfajor (dulce de leche cookies).

They serve small and large groups, including birthdays, family gatherings, weddings, work events, and more.
