Donna The Buffalo at Ponte Vedra Concert Hall

The Ponte Vedra Concert Hall presents Donna The Buffalo on Thursday, January 7, 2027, at 7:30 p.m. Doors open at 6:00 p.m.

Active since 1989, Donna the Buffalo is renowned for hits such as “No Place Like the Right Time,” “Positive Friction,” “Motor,” “Movin’ On,” “Seminole Wind,” “Funky Side,” “Family Picture,” “Riddle of the Universe,” “Each & Every Direction,” and “I Love My Tribe.” This New York-based band crafts upbeat, genre-blending music that fuses folk, reggae, rock, and global influences. 

The current lineup features Jeb Puryear and Chris English on drums, Ted Peccio on guitar, David McCracken on keyboards, and Tara Nevins on vocals, guitar, tambourine, and washboard. Donna the Buffalo’s energetic sound evokes the joys of self-discovery and country living. 

With more than 55,000 followers and streams across Spotify and other platforms, the band continues to demonstrate lasting appeal that resonates across generations. The White Tape, The Red Tape, The Ones You Love, and others are part of the band's discography, and the band has toured with Little Feat and Rusted Root.

Local Box Office: As of August 1, 2025, the Ponte Vedra Concert Hall box office is open from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., seven days a week, and they sell tickets to performances at PVCH and the St. Augustine Amphitheatre. You can also purchase tickets for shows at both venues at the St. Augustine Amphitheatre box office on Anastasia Island, 1340 A1A South in St. Augustine, Florida 32080.
