Hammock Beach Food & Wine Classic

Hammock Beach Golf Resort & Spa hosts the fourth annual Food & Wine Classic, September 18, 19, and 20, at the resort in Palm Coast. Events on Friday and Saturday are open to the public. Those events include a wine seminar on Friday, a 5K on Saturday morning, and the Food and Wine Classic Grand Tasting on Saturday evening. The 2nd Annual Hammock Beach Food and Wine Golf Tournament, held on Sunday, September 20, is open only to club members and resort guests. All events take place at the Hammock Beach Golf Resort and Spa.

This event is for ages 21 and older. You may purchase a special ticket for kids ages 4 - 12 to attend a program specifically for them.

The Public Events

A Taste of the Andes

On Friday, September 18, 2026, wine educator Megan Stockton presents A Taste of the Andes, from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. The presentation focuses on the wine regions along the Andes Mountains in Chile and Argentina. The seminar offers information suitable for novices and wine enthusiasts on South American wines and pairings with traditional cuisines.

Admission: $52.28, including fees, with the purchase of a ticket for the Grand Tasting on Saturday. Get tickets in advance online.

Food & Wine Classic 5K Run

The inaugural Food & Wine 5K Family Fun Run is open to all participants, including club members, resort guests, and community members. The "Sip & Stride 5K" goes through the Hammock Beach Community. A group stretch starts the day off at 8:00 a.m, and the run begins immediately after.

Food & Wine Classic Grand Tasting

Sip and Taste

On Saturday evening, from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m., the Food & Wine Grand Tasting presents an evening of wine, beer, and spirits plus delicious bites prepared by the culinary team from Hammock Beach. 

Wine enthusiasts can choose among more than 90 wines. The Florida Craft Beer Garden pours a variety of beers and offers German-inspired foods. If you want to try premium spirits, ambassadors from several brands offer tequilas, bourbons, vodkas, and rums.

Hammock Beach Golf Resort and Spa has several restaurants and pubs that offer a variety of foods, including bar nibbles, sushi, seafood, and steaks. For the Food and Wine Classic Grand Tasting, the Hammock Beach chefs create delectable bites and tastings, offered at several stations on the lawn.

Entertainment

• Watch artist William Lurcott create a live painting during the event.

On Sunday, September 20, 2026, the resort hosts the second annual Hammock Beach Food & Wine Golf Tournament. The tournament is open only to club members and resort guests. Call (386) 447-4611 to reserve your spot in the 18-hole shotgun tournament.
