Faver-Dykes State Park presents their New Year Adventure Kayaking in "Old Florida!"

Visitors can go on a one-of-a-kind eco-tour through the natural canopies of this scenic state park in St. Augustine. Slopping hardwood hammocks will shade guests as they glide along the coastline of Pellicer Creek.

This guided tour will be led by Master Naturalists using expedition kayaks that paddle smoothly and with great stability and comfort. Visitors can travel back in time as they row through the waters like so many have done before. Pellicer Creek sheds light on "Old Florida" as it is an undisturbed creek that supplies freshwater to the Guana Tolomato National Estuarine Research Reserve, one of the most productive estuarine systems in Northeast Florida.

Guests on the New Year Adventure Kayaking in "Old Florida" guided tour may also spot wildlife including sea turtles, fish and eagles! This interpretive naturalist tour makes for a great outing for families or friends.
