A Night Under the Stars
Experience the wonders of the cosmos.
The St. Johns County Parks & Recreation Department and the Ancient City Astronomy Club host A Night Under the Stars, on Friday, August 29, 2025, from 8:00 to 9:30 p.m. at the Equestrian Center Community Room in Hastings.
Led by the experts from the Ancient City Astronomy Club, this captivating Astronomy 101 class unlocks the secrets of the night sky as you learn about the mythology behind the constellations and the latest scientific discoveries in astronomy.
You'll have the opportunity to peer through telescopes and binoculars to observe the moon, planets, and other celestial wonders.
Admission: Free, but please reserve your spot online.
