The St. Augustine Film Society hosts a screening of the crime thriller Plein Soleil (1960) on Sunday, October 4, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. at the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship.

Based on Patricia Highsmith's 1955 novel, The Talented Mr. Ripley, the film follows Tom Ripley, who was sent on a mission by the wealthy Mr. Greenleaf to bring his playboy son back to America from Italy. Events take a turn when Ripley's funding is cut, and he has to keep up with his extravagant lifestyle. Dark secrets are revealed when Ripley shows signs of criminal behavior, mooching, and manipulative impersonation.

Admission: $10.00 for the public. St. Augustine Film Society members are free.
