The Ponte Vedra Concert Hall presents Walter Trout on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at 7:30 p.m. Doors open at 6:30 p.m.
Active since 1969, Walter Trout has captivated fans with powerful songs such as “We’re All in This Together,” “Me, My Guitar, and the Blues,” “Sign of the Times,” and “Gonna Hurt Like Hell,” delivering music deeply rooted in the blues and blues-rock traditions. His journey gained momentum after moving to California, where he performed alongside legends Big Mama Thornton, John Lee Hooker, and Percy Mayfield.
Trout went on to serve as lead guitarist for Canned Heat and the Bluesbreakers before launching a successful solo career with his breakthrough album Life in the Jungle, which sold more than 100,000 copies. Over the decades, he toured extensively both nationally and internationally and co-wrote songs for fellow artists such as Teeny Tucker.
Trout's discography includes Life in the Jungle, Prisoner of a Dream, Transition, Tellin' Stories, Breaking the Rules, Positively Beale St., Livin' Every Day, Go the Distance, Full Circle, The Outsider, Common Ground, Blues for the Modern Daze, Luther's Blues: A Tribute to Luther Allison, The Blues Came Callin', Battle Scars, We're All in This, Together, Survivor Blues, Ordinary Madness, Ride, Broken, and the most recent album, Sign of the Times.
Trout's honors include four Blues Music Awards, three British Blues Awards, and three Blues Blast Music Awards.

Local Box Office: As of August 1, 2025, the Ponte Vedra Concert Hall box office is open from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., seven days a week, and they sell tickets to performances at PVCH and the St. Augustine Amphitheatre.
