The Weight Band at Ponte Vedra Concert Hall

The Ponte Vedra Concert Hall presents The Weight Band in concert on Sunday, March 17, 2024, at 7:30 p.m. Doors open at 6:30 p.m.

The Weight Band comprises Jim Weider, Randy Ciarlante, Marty Grebb from The Band, and Brian Mitchell of the Levon Helm Band. The ensemble later welcomed Albert Rogers, Michael Bram, and Matt Zeiner. Together, they deliver captivating renditions of iconic hits.

Timeless classics such as "The Weight," "Rag Mama Rag," "The Night They Drove Old Dixie Down," and "Up on Cripple Creek" have significantly influenced contemporary Americana music.

With performances spanning the United States, Europe, and Asia, The Weight Band built a diverse discography that includes notable albums like World Gone Mad, Acoustic Live Big Pink Levon Helm Studios, Live In Japan, and Shines Like Gold.

Admission: Tickets range from $34.00 - $44.00. Tickets are available online or at the Amphitheater Box Office on Anastasia Island, open from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Thursdays and Fridays and from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Saturdays.

Parking Information: Parking will be available onsite. There will be a $5.00 parking fee for ticketed events. For free events, parking will also be free. For events not produced by the St. Johns County Cultural Events Division, parking fees will be at the discretion of the event producer.
