A five-piece psychadelic band who doesn't stick to the norm.
(V)owls introduces a folk, Americana, and hip-hop sound to their home base of Gainesville and the surrounding communities. Band members include Caitlyn Vinci (singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist), Tristan Harvey (singer, drummer, guitarist), Russ Tyndall (lead bassist), Amy Lindroth (lead guitarist), and LBX (freestyle rapper).
What began as a soulful duo in 2016 is now a full-fledged band. Each individual within the group creates powerful messages through their art and eclectic compositions. They perform mostly original songs, with a mix of covers to accompany their psychedelic, nature-inspired backdrops.
