Renowned for their outstanding work as bandmates for the Garcia Project, Kat Walkerson and Mik Bondy deliver dynamic, high-energy performances. As the premier tribute band to the Jerry Garcia Band, originally formed in 1975, the duo masterfully blends blues, country, folk, jazz, and more, winning over fans with their authentic sound.
Carrying forward this legacy with their band Acoustically Speaking, Walkerson and Bondy breathe new life into the Jerry Garcia Band's iconic hits while also performing acoustic reinterpretations of classics by Bob Dylan, The Grateful Dead, and other legendary artists. Their performances guide listeners through a musical journey, showcasing timeless songs like "Jack-a-Roe," "Tomorrow Is Forever," and "After Midnight."
