Formed in California in 2007, Billy Bob Thornton and The Boxmasters are known for songs like “I’m Not Like Everybody Else,” “Fall Into Me,” “Jayne Mansfield’s Car,” “Emily,” “Nothin’ But Bones,” and “Cloud Nine,” showcasing a signature sound that blends traditional American music with touches of British Invasion–style pop. The band has also paid tribute to legendary groups like The Rolling Stones, The Who, and The Beatles through their covers.

Comprised of Billy Bob Thornton, J.D. Andrew, Kirk McKim, Raymond Hardy, and Nick Davidson, the group earned praise from outlets such as The Washington Post, The Montreal Gazette, and Rolling Stone. Over the years, they have toured with Willie Nelson and collaborated with Tausha Hanna, further cementing their place in the music scene.

Local Box Office: As of August 1, 2025, the Ponte Vedra Concert Hall box office is open from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., seven days a week, and they sell tickets to performances at PVCH and the St. Augustine Amphitheatre.
