Cafe Eleven presents Empire Strikes Brass in their listening room on Wednesday, December 2, 2026, at 8:00 p.m. Doors open at 7:00 p.m.

 Empire Strikes Brass has been active since 2012 and features a potent section of saxophones, trumpets, and other instruments. Standout tracks include "Fat Flat 4," "Pile 'em Up," "Polish," "23 or 6 to 4," "Boxcars in the Sky," "Circle," "Brasterpiece," "Tongue," and "Snuffy's Last Line." The lineup features Lenny Pettinelli on keyboards, Debrissa McKinney on saxophone and vocals, Tim Morgan on trumpet, Nik Hope on drums, Pauly Juhl on saxophone, Chris Porter on guitar, JP Furnas on bass, and Sean Donnelly on percussion and keyboards.

Quickly becoming a festival favorite from coast to coast, this band shared stages with artists like Umphreys McGee and Papadosio. The band's discography includes Theme for a Celebration and Brassterpiece Theatre.
