George Lynch at Cafe Eleven

A musical celebration honoring the legendary band Dokken features guitarist George Lynch, one of the group’s defining members, performing the era-shaping hits that made the band a cornerstone of glam metal and hard rock. Sharing the stage with iconic vocalists Brett Carlisle, Gabriel Colón, and Terry Ilous of XYZ, Lynch brings new energy to the classics that helped launch Dokken to fame, including “Alone Again,” “In My Dreams,” “Breaking the Chains,” “It’s Not Love,” and “Into the Fire.”

Formed in 1976, Dokken remains widely celebrated for its melodic power ballads and influential contributions to the metal genre, including a Grammy nomination in 1989. Ranked #47 among the greatest guitarists of all time and inspired by legends like Jimi Hendrix and Eddie Van Halen, Lynch built a reputation for his unmistakable style and electrifying technique. His career extends beyond Dokken to acclaimed work with Lynch Mob, as well as collaborations with former bandmates and artists such as Devix Szell and Joe Haze.

In this special event, Lynch revisits and revitalizes fan-favorite tracks from albums including Breaking the Chains, Tooth and Nail, Under Lock and Key, Back for the Attack, Dysfunctional, Shadowlife, Erase the Slate, Long Way Home, Hell to Pay, Lightning Strikes Again, Broken Bones, and Heaven Comes Down.
