Ghosts of St. Augustine's Past and Florida Humanities present Dr. David Head and his presentation Revolutionary Rogues — Tales of Pirates Past, on Saturday, October 29, 2022, at 11:00 a.m.

Dr. Head, author, lecturer, and historian. In 2016, his book, Privateers of the Americas: Spanish American Privateering from the United States in the Early Republic, won the John Gardner Maritime Research Award. Pirates and Privateers is a favorite topic for Dr. Head and he frequently is asked to share his knowledge on the topic.

This event part of the Ghosts of St. Augustine's Past, which has put together a number of events for the weekend of October 27 through October October 30, 2022.
