  • Each Halloween, Ancient City Tours hosts an event for the whole family in historic downtown St. Augustine, This year, St. George Street Trick-or-Treating will be from 2 to 5 p.m. on Sunday, October 24, 2021.

    With this free event, kids can do their trick-or-treating at businesses in the north St. George St. area, which is a pedestrian mall. More than 300 shops, boutiques and bistros will participate in handing out candy for the event. Participating businesses will be marked with orange and black balloons in their entryway.

    This popular annual event has traditionally been coupled with a costume contest at Ancient City Tours. This year, organizers have opted for a virtual costume contest where participants can submit photos online throughout the month of October. Visit here for details on the virtual costume contest.

    When: 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 24, 2021

    Where: The trick-or-treating will take place at businesses on St. George Street in historic downtown.
