Immersive Dining Experience - Asian Fusion

The Immersive Dining Experience presents a unique dining adventure on Sunday, March 26, 2023, from  6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at 425 Town Plaza Avenue, Ponte Vedra Beach, FL 32081. 

Starting his own company and creating eclectic dishes for customers to enjoy, Chef Wesley Nigueria recreates the tastes and textures of Asian Cuisine. Appetizers such as oysters with butter and deviled eggs are offered.

Ahi Tuna is part of the first course, and octopus becomes the focus of the second course. After, beef with scallion cream followed by a delicious cheesecake serves as the final course.
