The Tritium Ensemble performs music by Mahler, Debussy, and Brahms on Tuesday, May 9, 2023, from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. at the Memorial Presbyterian Church.

Romanza Festivale, presents the Tritium Ensemble, a trio from North Florida: Will Winter on horn, Tania Moldovan on violin, and Chris Goddard on piano. They will perform Nachtmusik II Symphony no. 7 by Mahler, a violin sonata by Debussy, and Brahms's Horn Trio.

Will Winter, a member of the Gainesville Orchestra and the Gainesville Brass Quintet, also has performed globally with both chamber ensembles and orchestras. In addition to performing on the horn, Mr. Winter sings with the Holy Trinity Choir, and has been featured on albums by the indi bands, Morningbell and Oh Fortuna.

Tania Moldovan is a native of Romania, and began playing violin at age six. She has performed internationally and in the Southeast U.S., particularly with the Charleston, Pnesacola, and Venice Symphony Orchestras, and the Orlando Philharmonic

Chris Goddard, composer, pianist, and organist, is from Canada, and holds a Doctorate in Music Composition from McGill University. His compositions have been broadcast on CBC Radio 2 and on BBC Radio 3, and, as a composer, he has collaborated with a number of orchestras and ensembles in Canada. Mr. Goddard is the assisting organist at Holy Trinity Episcopal Church.

This event is part of the Romanza Festivale of Music and the Arts, an annual festival consisting of two weeks of historical, cultural and creative events celebrating all things St. Augustine. From April 28 - May 14, 2023, the nation's oldest city will be jam-packed with music and dance concerts, living history events and historical tours, live theater and art exhibits.
