The St. Augustine Cocktail Fest takes place on two days, Monday and Tuesday, April 27 and 28, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

During the event at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Oceanfront Resort, you can taste local and international brands of liquor, watch competitions between bartenders, listen to live music, and attend seminars led by professionals in the cocktail industry.

This is the first event of this type in St. Augustine, and the first cocktail festival in North Florida. The organizers promise vibrant performances, tasting fights, an artisan market, and insightful seminars.

Javier Caballero, author of Liquid Experience, founder of the "Liquid Experience" YouTube channel, and winner of the World's Best Bartender Shaker Awards in 2023, provides seminars designed to promote creativity in bartenders. Caballero believes that by tapping into their creativity, bartenders discover limitless mixology possibilities.

Admission: Starting at $65.88 (fees included) for a one-day pass, $104.24 for a two-day pass, and $129.81 for a VIP two-day pass.
