On Sunday, September 7, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. at the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship, the St. Augustine Film Society is partnering with the Francophone Club to screen the award-winning romantic comedy, Amélie (2001).

A whimsical story, written and directed by Jean-Pierre Jeunet, follows a young French woman's journey of self-discovery and finding true love. Amélie tries to make a positive impact on those she cares about most, in hopes of creating her own world where she's in control. Shot in more than 80 Parisian locations, the cinematography and visual style give this work a quirkiness and a comforting appeal that leaves audiences captivated.

Admission: $10.00 for the public. St. Augustine Film Society members are free.
