The St. Augustine Film Society hosts a screening of the war drama, Au Revoir les Enfants (1987), on Sunday, November 2, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. at the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship.

Written, directed, and based on Louis Malle's childhood experiences, this award-winning French film is set in a boarding school during the height of World War II. An unlikely friendship forms between a new student, Jean Bonnet, and the top student in his class, Julien Quentin. As more lies and secrets are uncovered, the boys' school and fate are in jeopardy.

Note: Afterward, there will be a discussion focusing on themes of minorities, moral choices, and their relation to current events.

Admission: $10.00 for the public. St. Augustine Film Society members are free.
