Tasting Tours offers a one-day food workshop for home cooks on the topic of making sangria, on Friday, May 5, 2023, at 5:30 p.m. The workshop will be held in Tasting Tours event space, Suite 505 of the Treasury Building, 24 Cathedral Street in St. Augustine.

Chef Anglea of Tasting Tours will show attendees how to make sangrias from three different regions of Mexico. Attendees may enjoy the sangrias created during the event, and the drinks will be paired with various tapas. While this is not a cooking class, it is an opportunity to learn more about food and drink pairings and the iconic sangrias. 

The workshop lasts approximately 90 minutes and guests are invited to enjoy their last sips afterward while taking in the unique view from the Treasury building. In addtion to the sample tastes, wine by the glass or bottle can be purchased at the event.

Reservations are required and this event is limited to 16 people. A private group workshop can be scheduled separately.
