The Band Be Easy

This multi-genre group performs as a duo, trio, or full band with horns.

There is a certain easy fluidity to The Band Be Easy. You may see them perform as a duo or trio, or with a full band, including horns. The band seamlessly performs covers from one genre to the next, and their first album had 10 original songs.

When cousins Justin Macklin and Aaron Thomas moved from Illinois in the 2010s, they performed as a duo while they got to know other musicians in Jacksonville ultimately forming a band. Now, whether you hear The Band Be Easy as a trio or an eight-piece full band, the resulting sound is tight, harmonious, and with a great beat.
