St. Augustine's Salty Daug is a river of rock and roll, performing southern and classic rock and a bit of classic blues thrown in for good measure. The five-piece ensemble formed in 2016, but three of the members met years ago and miles away living in New Jersey and have maintained friendships for several decades. Influenced by a wide spectrum of legendary classic bands, each member brings a diverse sound technique to the musical interplay of the band.

Together these two are partners in music as well as in life, hence the ensemble's clever name, Goin' Steady. Combining the genres of Americana, blues, rock, rhythm and blues, pop, jazz, and folk, the duo masterfully commits to their overall aura of a rising and falling of energy which can bring on both overwhelming passion and peace.

With several tricks up his sleeve, Michael Bo Griner, or "Bo," got his musical passion from his blues influences, Stevie Ray Vaughn and Jimi Hendrix. A minstrel of several genres, Bo also incorporates a good bit of southern rock and good old-fashioned rock and roll into his sensational sound.

The band Kelp, St. Augustine's newest reggae band, is a four-piece conglomeration of beach-going, life-loving musicians. Their body of work is strictly reggae and they have gained a large local following in the small amount of time since they've formed. Audiences and fans of the band are particularly fond of the ensemble's original tunes which have become the theme songs for local island living. With  front man and lead songwriter Colin Kosco, They started writing their own original tunes and their favorite places to play music is at Mill Top Tavern and Listening Room, and Sarbez.
