Labs, hospitals, physician offices, and other medical services provide health care to those who live in St. Johns County.

The 335-bed Flagler Hospital has served St. Augustine for over 130 years, and Flagler associated office provide lab and imaging services. The region's growing population, and proximity to the major hospitals in Jacksonville, has resulted in more medical facilities expanding their services into the county. Ascension St. Vincent opened a 56-bed hospital in 2022, in the northwestern section of the county. In addition, physicians, chiropractors, labs, specialists, dentists, mental health professionals, urgent care services, and physical therapists have opened offices in the county, providing medical care for those of any age.
