The planners will help with music, decor, ceremony, seating, and more to make each couple's wedding day complete. They work with a variety of couples including those celebrating their first marriage, couples combining families, same-sex marriages, and vow renewal ceremonies.

The professionals are knowledgeable in the area and able to give recommendations for time spent in St. Augustine before and after the wedding. They have wedding packages for those who seek an intimate wedding with four or fewer guests to those who will have 90 friends celebrate with them.

Wedding Packages

Every St. Augustine Beach Wedding includes an officiant, a Unity Sand Ceremony, legal filing of the marriage license, and chairs for a select number of guests. Various options are available with each package. Weddings can be held at several locations in the area, though Your St. Augustine Beach Wedding recommends Vilano Beach or Anastasia State Park. The packages described below are for the basic offering in each category, additional chairs and other options may be added at an additional cost. Unless mentioned below, photography at the ceremony can be requested at an extra cost. Consultations are included with all wedding packages and are available by phone or email.

Simply Florida Package - A Maximum of Four Guests

Keep it simple with a wedding package that includes a traditional ceremony, a choice of simple decor set-up, and a photographer at the ceremony with approximately 50 – 75 photos available on a disk.

Celebration Elopement Package - A Maximum of Four Guests

Available only from January through May, on Monday through Thursday. This package includes a traditional ceremony, a natural bamboo canopy, and a photographer at the ceremony with approximately 50-75 photos available on a disk.

Beach Beginnings Package – A Maximum of 12 People

This elegant affordable wedding includes a personalized ceremony, recorded traditional or steel drum wedding music played on their PA system, and a photographer at the ceremony with up to 50 photos available on a disk.

St. Augustine Nautical Knot Package - A Maximum of 40 People

This package for 2-40 on the beach includes a bamboo pole wedding arch — draped with the couple's choice from more than 18 available colors — plus decorations along the aisle with tiki torches or bamboo poles. The wedding includes  a personalized ceremony and recorded traditional or steel drum wedding music played on their PA system.

Various Distinctive Design Packages – A Maximum of 50 People

Several Distinctive Design Packages are offered with a signature look and color. The officiant will perform a personalized ceremony and recorded music will play on the PA system. Chilled water will be available for the guests, and a large decorated blackboard will announce the new couple. 

• Dusty Blue – White-washed wood posts are draped with a dusty blue material, and decorated with a greenery topper with blue, blush, and white florals. The aisleway is decorated with flowers in ivory buckets.
• Beach Bliss – A four-post bamboo canopy draped with the couple's choice of two material colors, and matching decorated bamboo poles along the aisle way. 
• Floral – Ivory or white material will be draped over a bamboo canopy and decorated with florals and greenery. Matching greenery will line the aisle way.
• Teal – A lovely beachy teal fabric will decorate the canopy, and teal and white florals mounted on tiki poles will line the aisleway. Large matching floral displays will be placed at the beginning of the aisle.
• Classic – Ivory or white fabric drapes the bamboo canopy, and elegant pink and white florals with greenery decorate the canopy, and the aisle way.
• Anchors Away – A four-post black bamboo canopy, decorated with a large starfish at each corner, and draped with the couple's choice of two colors of flowing material. The aisle-way will be highlighted with black bamboo poles connected with nautical ropes, and anchors, decorated with white rope and starfish, will be placed at the entrance to the aisle.
• Coral – Bright coral fabric paired with ivory or white material is draped over the bamboo canopy, which is topped with a floral display in coral. Matching decorations are placed along the aisle way and at the entrance to the wedding area.
• Natural – The large four-post natural bamboo canopy will be draped in white or ivory flowing fabric, and topped with natural flower accents. This decor extends on either side down the aisle- way.
• Rustic Geometric Arch – Instead of a canopy, a six-sided geometric arch with a cascading floral arrangement. Matching greenery along the aisle, and floral and greenery at the entrance.
• Rustic Romance – Large wooden pools form a focal point for the ceremony, draped with flowing white or ivory fabric, and topped with a country floral display. Greenery along the aisles and wooden vintage-inspired boxes greet the guests. 
• Tropical Geometric – A six-sided geometric arch, painted white and decorated with bright tropical flowers serves as the focal point for the wedding. A matching tropical floral and green garland lines the aisle way.
• Tropical – Palm fronds and bright tropical flowers decorate the four-post canopy and the bamboo poles along the aisle.
• Starfish – Starfish, greenery, and bamboo poles create a natural and nautical focal point for the ceremony.

Florida Destiny Package – A Maximum of 90 People

Those who desire a larger beach wedding may choose a canopy floral topper and two fabrics of flowing material. The aisle-way is decorated to match the canopy and a microphone is provided for the wedding officiant.
