Celebrate the 239th anniversary of the signing of the United States Constitution on Thursday, September 17, 2026, from 3:45 to 4:15 p.m. at the Plaza de la Constitución.

The Maria Jefferson Chapter, National Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution, the St. Augustine Chapter of the Sons of the American Revolution, and other groups invite you to bring your chairs and bells to the Plaza.

The ceremony begins at 3:45 p.m. with the Blinding Lights Show Chorus from the Florida School for the Deaf and Blind performing the National Anthem and God Bless America. At 4:00 p.m., Trinity Parish Church, the Cathedral, and St. Augustine Fire Station 1 all ring their bells for two minutes.
