Cafe Eleven presents Ellis Paul in their listening room on Saturday, November 1, 2025, at 8:00 p.m.

Paul is an award-winning singer/songwriter who is seen as one of the top songwriters to emerge from the Boston area folk scene. He began his career performing around New England in bars, clubs, and open mic nights. In 1991, Windham Hill Records requested submissions to admit artists into their Legacy 2 compilation, which helped Paul get national exposure.

Opening for Bill Morrissey, Paul's fanbase began to swell, resulting in many tours and festivals, including the Newport Folk Festival and the Falcon Ridge Folk Festival. Paul's method of making each song personal reflects his experiences with love and loss, making his work distinct and memorable.

Albums such as Urban Folk Songs, Say Something, Stories, The Speed of Trees, American Jukebox Fables, A Summer Night in Georgia, City of Silver Dreams, 55, and others keep fans in awe of Paul's penchant for storytelling through music. Some of Paul's accolades include winning countless Boston Music Awards and International Acoustic Music Awards and being a Hall of Fame Inductee for the Maine Music Awards.

Admission: Tickets are $29.02 if purchased in advance. Reserved table seating is $39.99. Purchase tickets in advance online or at Cafe Eleven on the day of the show.
